Time running out on EEO-1 Component 2

With the introduction of EEO-1 Component 2, the Equal Opportunity Commission mandated that employers need to gather information and submit employee pay data sorted by job category, race, ethnicity, and sex. Currently, this policy applies to employers with more than 100 employees and employers must submit this data by September 30, 2019.

With the excess data requirements, compliance with EEO-1 can be a challenge. However, if you’re using Greenshades, this is an easy process as they have been integrating with Microsoft Dynamics GP for over a decade!

At Greenshades, compliance is a way of life.  Their solutions are built from the ground up to transform even the most complex, fluid and time-consuming aspects of taxation and employment policy into simple, straightforward and automated tools for our clients.

Through their Tax-Filing Center, they empower you to create accurate returns with their intuitive wizard-based interface, distilling the entire process into three simple steps:

  • Collect and organize payroll information
  • Transform the information into the appropriate Federal, State or Local reporting formats
  • Submit all required forms and documents electronically

This means no stress, no frustration, and simply compliant returns.

Part of their unique service and technology offering is their ability to identify, address and automate your processes to reflect the very latest changes in Federal, State and Local policies – such as EEO-1 Component 2. As a result, you can rest assured you’ll always be up to date with the regulations impacting your organization and your employee base.

For more than 15 years, Greenshades has been obsessing about compliance so our clients don’t have to.  Contact Express Information Systems today at (210) 614-9410 for more information, and let’s put their expertise to work for you!
