As a multi-company establishment with employee growth, Touchstone Communities struggled with reporting issues, which required communicating with multiple locations. They also struggled with QuickBooks’ limitations on security and controls, as well as duplicate data entry with multiple systems.
Solution
Microsoft Dynamics GP has enabled Touchstone Communities to set limited access and permissions, establish a self-serve payroll solution and remove duplicate data entry points. They have since grown from six to 50 entities.
