Company
With 85,000 members around the globe, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners is the world’s largest and leading organization to handle anti-fraud training and education. The ACFE is based out of Austin, Texas but hosts seminars around the world. The organization serves a mission of not only cutting down the number of fraud and white-collar crime incidents but also inspiring stronger consumer trust.
Challenge
ACFE has long utilized Microsoft Dynamics GP for its accounting needs. However, when Marianne Fatter took over as chief financial officer, she brought on Express Information Systems for training and support – as she’s done with her previous three companies. Express has since helped with reporting, setup, and integration of software into Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Solution
“They’ve set-up any integration we’ve ever had,” Fatter said. “They know our business backward and forwards in order to set up these integration systems work.”
Fatter has relied on Express Information Systems support for 13 years at ACFE, and nearly a decade at other jobs. She’s had one Express team member with her the entire run.
ACFE continues to use Microsoft Dynamics GP for payables, accounting software, and bank reconciliations. The organization is also in line to use its inventory capabilities in the near future, with support from Express Information Systems.
