Located in Houston, Texas, ConnectGen is developing renewable energy and energy storage projects across North America. Its mission is to provide valuable energy, benefit landowners, boost local economies, preserve the environment and create new jobs.
As the infrastructure continues to age in the United States, ConnectGen’s goal is to tap into endless resources and develop projects that will provide long-term, cost-effective, clean energy solutions.
ConnectGen was ready to upgrade its local, server-based accounting software to an easily accessed, cloud-based system capable of streamlining accounts payable, receivable, reporting, and more.
ConnectGen knew it could count on Express Information Systems to help with its accounting challenges. With its extensive knowledge of ConnectGen’s operations, Express suggested, installed, and trained the ConnectGen team to use Sage Intacct.
Now, in addition to being able to access important files and information whether they were in the office or working remotely, ConnectGen had more control over how their financial information was utilized. Sage Intacct’s built-in modules for managing purchasing, time, and expenses resulted in faster, simpler work backed up by superior tracking. Additionally, Sage Intacct features an advanced reporting module that allowed ConnectGen to automate and expedite previously manual reporting.
