Originally an employee of Great Plains Software and Dynamics GP expert, Cheryl is as good as is it gets!

As the leader of our consulting team, she is proud that many clients have been with Express Info for 20+ years as these long-term relationships are so rewarding. But she is especially honored that the first client she ever worked with in 1991 is still with Express Info today. Way to go, Cheryl!

After 5 years with Great Plains Software in Support, Development and Training, Keith joined Express in 1993. From Dexterity programming to custom software development and integrations, Keith is Express Info’s secret weapon.

Keith loves the unique family atmosphere. Everyone is willing to go the extra mile to help each other, both personally and professionally. He couldn’t imagine it any other way!

Since Stacey started in 2016, every day for her at Express has been rewarding as building relationships with mutual esteem is her passion.

From business development and event planning to website design and social media campaigns, Stacey is consistently faced with new challenges, tasks and experiences to help make everyone at Express Info the best they can be!

Casey has been with Express since 2013 and loves helping clients with challenging technical requirements find the perfect cloud ERP system.

Checking in after a successful implementation is always cause for celebration! Casey is always available to jump in to assist when needed and can’t wait to help you take your ERP to the next level!

As a seasoned professional, Amanda brings a wealth of experience to the table. Her understanding of the industry and ability to listen attentively to customers will undoubtedly contribute to the sales team’s overall success.

Little known fact about Amanda is that she is a fabulous singer… she even sang the National Anthem at the Mickey Mantle Little League World Series. 

As the Business Operations Manager, Sofie is the heart and soul of Express. She loves how Express develops deep friendships with its clients that continue to grow year after year.

Multi-tasking and helping clients with order management, renewals, and upgrades, especially when they have multiple third-party products, is her secret superpower!

As a Client Advisor, Rana is responsible for maintaining healthy business relationships with our clients to achieve long-term business goals and objectives. Rana’s greatest strength is listening to their needs and her goal is to exceed every request.

Rana values the relationships Express builds between customers and employees.  She loves that customers become longtime friends as it is truly an extended family!

From solving a customer problem, developing new technologies in the cloud, or just working up a simple quote; Chris loves working with the team to accomplish something amazing.

As an amateur historian and PC gamer, he is fascinated with strategy which gives him deeper insights to help our clients simplify and conquer their cloud technology. So, they can conquer their world.

Chay has been in the IT industry for over 14 years. He is a jack-of-all trades when it comes to computer tech but, his specialty is in computer networking and server administration.

In his free time, he loves to compete in Spartan Runs as they challenging as well as super fun!

With 13 years of accounting and IT management experience coupled with her 27+ years’ experience as an ERP consultant, Diann is a true gem. Her depth of knowledge on Dynamics GP is unsurpassed.

Diann’s favorite clients to work with are those that present new challenges resulting in growth and learning for everyone. Even after so many years, she is always eager to learn more.

Craig joins the Express Info team with 13+ years of real estate experience and an extensive background in both the construction and non-profit industry.

Having managed multiple projects over the years, Craig is driven to help clients streamline processes and be as efficient as possible, so that they can spend more time focused on the most important part of the business, the people.

With Express since 2022, Jackie really enjoys helping customers find solutions to become more efficient and knowledgeable with their accounting system.

Being a former Controller allows Jackie to see things from a distinctive client perspective. She is a great listener, problem solver and always makes sure the job is done to perfection!

With 25+ years of ERP consulting experience, Jim is a talented technical consultant who is flourishing in the cloud ERP world with Sage Intacct.

Jim truly appreciates how we make our clients’ work lives better by streamlining routine processes and creating time for more productive activities.

With 11+ years of accounting experience prior to starting at Express in 2007, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. He is our most flexible consultant with knowledge bases in Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics GP as well as Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Kevin loves to give clients tangible value and help them be more efficient in achieving their critical business objectives. The more complex the better!

A recent graduate of TLU with a BBA in Accounting, Sam is a strong addition to our accounting team. With experience in both public accounting and tax preparation, Sam’s extensive knowledge makes him an invaluable asset to our collaborative environment.

We are excited to see what he will achieve in the future! And we are always excited to add another baseball fan to the group!

With a Master of Science in Education, Wendy is genuinely an amazing teacher. Since 2000, she has enjoyed assisting clients with building financial reports as it’s exciting to watch them create detailed analysis they thought was only possible using Excel.

As a project manager and technical consultant for both Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics GP, Wendy is always a shining star with her clients.

Lisa has been with Express since 2022 and is an “Official Jedi Master” at organizing time-sensitive finances to make the process seamless and accurate for both Express and all our clients.

With over 20 years of accounting experience, she is always excited to learn more about our clients and looks forward to getting to know them on an individual level.

Bonnie started at Express in 2019 and is most often the first voice heard when customers call. As a true team player, her specialty is assisting in multiple levels and capacities, so we may serve clients more advantageously.

Day to day, Bonnie handles all scheduling of support cases and upgrades. So, if you need to schedule an appointment with a consultant, she’s your go-to gal!
