Implementation
Stage 1. Planning Project scope, objectives, resources, milestone plan, and project management structure - the initial requirements are assessed and a detailed work plan is developed including tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources and timelines. The project will be managed from this work plan.
Stage 2. Design Approved Application Design - the analysis and design stage identifies all the different sources of data and, the required level of integration with other systems. It focuses on the detailed mapping and analysis of the business processes including the data and functional requirements and breaking them down into components to create a system design.
Stage 3. Build Application Development - the screen configurations and the application parameters are developed according to the design specifications.
Stage 4. Pilot Test Performance testing and performance requirements in order to, obtain acceptance of the final product before rollout and Modifications, if any, for production system-the system is verified for readiness against the business features
Stage 5. Rollout User training and system roll-out and final user acceptance sign-off-the end users are trained, the transition from pilot production to full production is realized, any existing data is converted and at the end of the monitoring period, a review is performed and the project is signed off.
Stage 6. Support Post Implementation Services - this includes on site client support, telephone support, web based remote control support or any additional training.
